All Ballard Long Distance rates apply to both state-to-state and in-state calls – anywhere in the U.S., any day, any time, no restrictions.

BLD Standard Plan

• (No Monthly Fee)
• Residential - 14 cents per minute
• Business - 14 cents per minute

Paducah Area Calling Plan

• $4.95 per month + 8 cents per minute to the following Paducah area exchanges:
  
  415, 441, 442, 443, 444, 534, 538, 554, 575, 744, and 898
  
  
• All calls outside of these exchanges are 14 cents per minute.
