To retrieve your message when you are away from home via the Internet, go to the
website: www.managemyphone.com
VOICE MAIL QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
To setup your mailbox password from your telephone:

Dial *98 followed by the * key

Enter Password followed by # key
-
Set up group greeting
-
Press 4 followed by the # key
-
Press 2 to save group greeting
Note: A stutter dial tone stays on the line until you have received and checked
your voice mail messages. To check your messages at home from your telephone:

Dial *98
-
Press 1 or mailbox number
-
Follow voice prompts
-
Press 5 to check all sub mailboxes
To check your messages away from home:
-
Dial *98 if in BTC local serving area or 270-665-5222
-
Enter mailbox number
-
Enter password and # key
-
Follow voice prompts
Main Menu Options:

Press 1 to retrieve messages

Press 3 to send messages
-
Press 5 to check all sub mailboxes

Press 7 for current date and time

Press 9 for mailbox setup
Listen to messages Options:
