SMTP Authentication setup for Outlook Express

Open Outlook Express. Click on Tools and Select Accounts

In the Accounts dialog, click on your account and click Properties.

In the Account Properties dialog, ensure that My Server Requires Authentication is checked, then click the Settings button.

In the Outgoing Mail Server dialog, ensure that Use the same settings as my incoming mail server is selected.

Click OK on each dialog to close it.
