Payment Options
- Automatic Payment Plan - Your monthly payment is automatically deducted from your bank account. Commercial customers can use recurring bank drafts
- Mail - Please mail payments in time to arrive before the due date. Please do not send cash.
- Electronic Banking - Use your bank Web site for easy payments.
- Business Office - Office hours for the lobby are 8 am to 4 pm, Monday thru Friday. The drive thru is open until 4:30 each week day. Drop boxes are also available at the office so you can pay your bill at any time.
- E-Care - Manage your account online. Pay your bill via check, credit card or debit card on demand. Set up automatic pay with your checking or savings account. You can review your bill on-line and choose to receive email notification when your bill is ready to be viewed. You can also choose to just receive an electronic bill and not worry with receiving your bill in the mail. To sign up for E-Care, go to www.brtc.net/ecare.
